Our Terms + Policies



All payments must be made at the time of purchase with exception to our Buy now, Pay later options.

AfterPay, Laybuy and ZipPay are available for all Australian Orders with no minimum spend.

Manual Laybuy option is also available on a case by case basis. Please see below for further information.

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $50 or more.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat-rate of $8.
New Zealand orders ship free over $100.
As we are a small team, please allow up to 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch.
If you need your item quicker, we do offer an express service at the checkout called 'RUSH MY ORDER'.
This service ensures you skip the queue, and your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day, and sent via express post.
Please note, all of our Australian parcels are sent via AUSPOST EXPRESS.
Below are AUSPOST delivery estimate periods. Please enquire for international.

Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.

During check out you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your postie to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.

If you choose to have any parcels from Unearthed Crystals Safe Dropped to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.

We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.

If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.

Reasons for “Return to Sender”

- incorrect/incomplete address

- failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe

If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.

Some items in our store must be sent via courier as they are very fragile, bulky or heavy. We usually use Pack n Send couriers. All courier sent items are trackable and insured.


Refunds + Cancellations


If for any reason your are dissatisfied with your purchase please contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to help.

We comply with QLD Office of Fair Trading regulations on refunds.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. If you decide to cancel all or part of your order before it is shipped you will incur a 10% cancellation fee. Any points earnt on items refunded will also be deducted from your rewards account.

Exchange Item:

If you would like to exchange an item you have received, please contact us at info@unearthedcrystals.com.au

We will provide a returns form to be filled out and you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method, with tracking provided to us.

Upon Unearthed Crystals receiving the item, we will process your return excluding any shipping costs, and you will be liable for shipping cost of the replacement to be sent out. Alternatively, once received, we can provide a store credit for the item only (not return shipping costs).

Faulty Item:

If an item you have received is found to be faulty, please contact us at info@unearthedcrystals.com.au

you will be required to return the products in a safe and secure manner (like how you received them) using a trackable shipping method provided by Unearthed Crystals. The return item must be lodged over the counter at your nearest Australia Post Outlet. Upon Unearthed Crystals receiving the item, we will process your return in the form of a refund or store credit.

Damaged Item:

If an item arrives damaged, please notify us at info@unearthedcrystals.com.au

We will provide a replacement of the same or similar item. If a similar item is not available, we will provide one to equal value or a store credit to use to purchase what ever catches your eye.


All order discrepancies such as damaged and/or missing items must be brought to our attention within 14 days of you receiving your order.



Information we gather

The following information is gathered from our website visitors:

How we use the information we gather:

For the purpose of providing customers with the service they order and, if subscribed, marketing e-mails about our products and upcoming sales/specials.

The people that are given access to this information:

Your personal information is accessible by you and us alone. Your information will never be shared with third parties for any purpose with the exception of our shipping agent to provide you with your order.

Payment Security:

Your credit card details are never transmitted or stored on our servers. They are securely transmitted directly to our accredited payment gateway and the payment is securely processed there and we are notified in real time of the status of the transaction.

Manual Layby


Manual Lay-by is available for periods up to 12 weeks through direct contact with us via email or FB message. Manual Lay-by is approved or denied at our discretion on a case by case basis:

  • Layby is only available for items over $500 with a 20% deposit payable within 24 hours of the layby invoice being sent.
  • Lay-by options are available for GEODES / CAVES/ TABLES but require a 30% deposit payable within 24 hours of the invoice being sent.
  • Payments must be made by equal instalments per week or as agreed and outlined on your layby invoice.
  • Payments may be made as frequent as you wish if you would like to pay out your layby invoice early to receive your item(s) sooner.

Payment is due in regular increments (weekly or fortnightly) over the lay-by period.

All monies owed must be paid to Unearthed Crystals by the due date stated on the invoice.

Please contact us immediately if you are not able to make one of your payments.

LEGAL STUFF: If no payments are received by the seller for a period longer than 21 days or there is still an outstanding balance by the due date for final payment without contact with the purchaser, the seller (Unearthed Crystals) has the right to terminate the lay-by agreement. Any monies received to that point will be retained by the seller and lost to the purchaser.

TO SUM IT UP: Please make regular payments, do not make us chase you and if you have a problem or get in a tight spot with money, tell us immediately as we are usually quite understanding.
