Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $50 or more.
Orders under $50 ship for a flat-rate of $8.
New Zealand orders ship free over $100.
As we are a small team, please allow up to 7-9 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch.

If you need your item quicker, we do offer an express service at the checkout called 'RUSH MY ORDER'.
This service ensures you skip the queue, and your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day, and sent via express post.

Most of our items are shipped using Australia Post as they are the only company that services the whole of Australia.
During check out you may choose if you would like "Signature on Delivery" - this requires your postie to obtain a signature in order to deliver your goods to you. If you choose not to add this feature and your parcel goes missing after it has been delivered, you will need to contact Australia Post directly.
If you choose to have any parcels from Unearthed Crystals Safe Dropped to your address and the parcel goes missing after delivery you will need to contact Australia Post directly and lodge a report with your local police office.
We are here to help if a parcel goes missing on it's way to you whilst in transit. We don't like missing parcels at all and will do everything in our power to help find your parcel.
If your parcel is returned to us due to any of the following reasons, we will contact you to organise to ship your item again at an additional cost to you.
Reasons for “Return to Sender”
- incorrect/incomplete address
- failure to pick up from your local post office within their timeframe
If you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address no refunds will be provided for any shipping costs.
Some items in our store must be sent via courier as they are very fragile, bulky or heavy. We usually use Pack n Send couriers. All courier sent items are trackable and insured.
