Agate is a stone of strength.
It was used by the Ancients on the breastplates of armour to give warriors strength and make them victorious in battle. Energetically, it is considered to give strength in both battle and physically.
Agate enhances creativity and strengthens the intellect, making it a beneficial stone for both students and artists. It is also known as a good luck stone.
As a stone of harmony, one of the things agate does is balance yin/yang energy. Agate increases energy. However, because it is a grounding stone, it does not increase energy at all times, but rather enables bursts of energy as needed. In this way, agate is a conservation stone, and enhances longevity.

We always cleanse our space and our crystals regularly in store; although we take measures to ensure we know where and how our items are mined, they could be exposed to some dubious energy being passed through airlines + customs etc.Because we all want a fresh start for our new journey with our crystals, it’s crucial for us to cleanse them once they arrive to us, however you are free to do this again once they get to you if you feel the need! Your cleansing method of choice will depend on the properties of each crystal, as well as your own intuition and preference. But before we even get started on choosing a method, it’s key to set an intention for the cleansing. This is almost as important as the process of cleansing itself.
