Where do you source your crystals? 

At Unearthed we are incredibly passionate about how and where our stones are sourced, which is why we mostly work directly with family owned mines ourselves and cut out the middle man.

We are very serious about ethical sourcing of our stones. Child slavery, unsafe working conditions and unfair pay are prevalent in this industry. No human should be subjected to the loss of basic human rights or exploited for the purpose of gain. Further to this, the environmental effects of can be huge - we prefer to use suppliers who can offset these, such as using recycled water for cutting stones and decreasing emissions by hand mining rather than large machinery.

Based on the premise that crystals provide healing qualities and work by emitting energy, if they’re mined in destructive ways, would this not mean they would be emitting this frequency and thus become null and void for purpose? These are the major deciding factors for us to only help fund mines that have fundamental standards that adhere to our own.

Where possible, we meet our overseas suppliers face to face (usually in a mutual meeting place yearly like the Tucson Gem show) and we also FaceTime with them to see their mines and tools, working conditions and talk to the staff to ensure they are treated well. Personally, we choose to work with small family owned mines so we can build relationships with them and ensure we all have the same ethos. It is a lot of work to find these types of ventures and then to build a real working relationship with them, but to us it is absolutely fundamental. 80% of our stones are sourced this way, directly from the mines. The other 20% (mostly tumbles and some rough stones) we source from a local wholesaler who shares our views.

All of our crystals are sourced from ethical locations around the world, and every single one of our products is hand chosen; for its beauty, for its magic & for its mystery. Each one of our pieces is one of a kind, so if you find something you love, get it before it's gone.

How do I pick a crystal?

Generally speaking, the crystals you NEED are the ones which will jump out at you; for some mysterious reason, you will be lured to them.

We strongly believe the crystal chooses you, not the other way around.

Each of our crystals has information in the listing explaining it's metaphysical, emotional & physical properties, making it easier for you to determine if it may be beneficial for you or your loved one. We always try to write our own crystal meaning in a relatable, easy to digest manner, rather than the vague mumbo jumbo you see, so you can better understand why this stone may have caught your eye.

How do I find a product?

We try and sort each of our products into easy to find categories under the 'shop' tab in the main menu, making it easy to browse.

If you are after something specific, we do have a 'search' feature in the top right hand corner of the site. This is also super smart and if you type in something you're looking to help with crystals, you can search by this also eg - sleep, anxiety, cancer etc

How often do you get new products?

We upload new items every Saturday night at 8pm AEST (Brisbane time) unless otherwise stated on our socials eg, Facebook and Instagram.

How can I pay for my order?

At the checkout, we offer a great selection of payment methods to suit everyone. These include Paypal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zip and Laybuy. For more information click here

Where are you located?

We are located in Brisbane and are a small family run business that operates from our our warehouse. For privacy & insurance reasons, we are not open to the public for 'instore' shopping or pickups - we are online only; but take advantage of our FREE AUS WIDE SHIPPING on orders over $50.

Where do you ship to?

We send good vibes worldwide!

If you cannot see your shipping country at the checkout, please contact us for a quote.

We offer FREE Australia wide shipping on all orders over $50, and NZ orders over $100.

We also offer $30 flat rate shipping for american + canadian orders.

How long will it take for my order to be posted and to get to me?

Shipping is free for orders delivered within Australia when you spend $50 or more.

Orders under $50 ship for a flat-rate of $8.

New Zealand orders ship free over $100.

America + Canada have a flate rate of $30.


As we are a small team, please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch.


If you need your item quicker, we do offer an express service at the checkout called 'RUSH MY ORDER'.

This service ensures you skip the queue, and your order will be processed and dispatched the next business day, and sent via express post.

Please note, all of our Australian parcels are sent via AUSPOST EXPRESS.

During peak times please allow up to 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS for order processing and dispatch

What if my jewellery or apparel doesn't fit?

Buying sized items online can be tricky; we get it. If the item you ordered doesn't fit, no worries - flick us an email and we can organise an exchange -

In terms of crystals you want but we don't currently stock - if it's in the universe but not in your hands, just ask! We love to reach for the stars.

Do you wholesale?

Unfortunately no, we do not offer wholesale; sorry!
