HOW TO USE: Hold the cleansing stick above a heatproof bowl and carefully light the end. Allow the flame to burn briefly, then blow it out so the leaves smoulder. Move through the room allowing the smoke to travel through the space, focusing especially on corners, entrances and areas that feel energetically heavy.
TO EXTINGUISH: Press the burning end securely into sand, earth or a fireproof dish until all smoke and glowing embers have disappeared. Check that it is completely cool before storing.
Always burn in a well-ventilated area. Never leave unattended and keep away from pets, children and flammable materials.

ā¢ A sage stick, Palo Santo, or other botanical bundle
ā¢ A fireproof bowl (think clay dish or abalone shell)
ā¢ Matches or a lighter
ā¢ A bowl of sand (optional, but super handy for extinguishing)

THE 10-STEP SMOKE CLEANSE RITUAL
Cleansing is about intention, not perfection. So donāt stressājust slow down, stay mindful, and breathe.
š„ 1. Remove metal
Take off metal jewellery (unless itās spiritual or sacred to youāwedding rings, amulets, etc.).
š„ 2. Clear your head
Drop the to-do list, your next meal plan, or whateverās rattling around upstairs. Get centred.
š„ 3. Light a white candle (optional but fab)
This sets the tone and helps anchor your intention.
š„ 4. Ignite your bundle
Use the candle or lighter to light your sage or Palo Santo. Let it catch fire for about 30 seconds, then gently blow it outāthink glowing embers, not full flame. You want smoke, not sparks.
š„ 5. Cleanse yourself first
Start with you. Waft the smoke over your head and work down to your feet. Breathe deeply.
