Ready to claim some crystal magic during our Live Sales? Here’s everything you need to know to keep the good vibes flowing smoothly:

To claim a piece, simply comment the item number during the live (e.g. “Dolphin1” or “9033”).

First comment wins—it’s that easy!

Send us a DM with your email address right after claiming (or at the end of the live at the latest). This is important.

Better yet, create an account on our website and add your shipping address to your profile ahead of time to make checkout lightning-fast!

Once your invoice has been sent, you’ll have 24 hours to make payment.

If payment isn’t received in time:

Your items will be forfeited
You’ll be unable to join future live sales (we really don’t want to do that—so please pay promptly!)

Australia: Express shipping starts from $15 and is calculated by weight.

Smaller orders (under 500g) can choose our $10 flat rate standard post option.
New Zealand: Flat rate shipping from $15 AUD.
United States: Flat rate shipping is $30 AUD.
Open Box is available to International Customers only.
